Turfgrass and Ornamental Field Day

This year the Field Day will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2002 and will feature a full day of educational opportunities with morning tour groups, extended afternoon workshops and exhibitor demonstrations. Due to the change in the Field Day format, the Annual Lobenstein Golf Tournament is planned for several different locations around the state this summer. Watch for more information about these tournaments.

Location
The Field Day is held at the Turf Research Center at the South Farms, University of Missouri-Columbia, located at 3600 East New Haven Road off Highway 63, approximately three miles south of I-70. Take I-70 to the Highway 63 South exit. Proceed south approximately three miles to the Highway AC exit (third exit South of I-70). Turn left (East) on New Haven Road and go approximately one half mile. Look for the Turfgrass Field Day signs on your right (South).

Exhibit Information
Industry representatives will be displaying equipment and supplies such as mowers, seeders, irrigation equipment, fertilizers, etc. The exhibits will be open at 8:00 am and will feature product demonstrations in the afternoon.
